Return Policy

Important: All Sales Are Final

At Scope Studios, all clothing items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preferences. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please contact us regarding clothing items that arrive:

  • Damaged - Items with tears, rips, holes, or structural damage
  • Defective - Items with manufacturing defects such as broken zippers, loose seams, or faulty stitching
  • Incorrect Item - You received a completely different product than what you ordered

Note: Normal wear and tear, minor imperfections in print or fabric that don't affect functionality, or damage caused after delivery are not covered under this policy.

How to Report a Defective or Damaged Item

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot accept return claims.

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at scxpestudios@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number (format: SS-XXXXXX)
  • A detailed description of the defect or damage
  • Clear photos showing:
    • The damaged/defective area (close-up)
    • The full item
    • The product tag/label (if still attached)

Step 2: Review Process

Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. We reserve the right to determine if the damage qualifies for a return based on the photos and description provided.

Step 3: Approved Returns

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Return Shipping

⚠️ Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Return shipping fees are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Scope Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Tips for returning items:

  • Use a shipping method with tracking
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
  • Package items securely to prevent further damage
  • Keep your tracking number until the return is processed
